Booths are primarily front facing and there is about 2' between the end of one booth and beginning of another in most cases. An exception my include end booths which may have additional walkway space on one side. A map of artists locations is provided following acceptance and before booth payment if required. A standard booth accommodates a front-facing 6’ table perfectly with room behind for the artist to sit. If you have additional displays or an oddly shaped configuration, please measure exactly for your needs and plan accordingly. Artist booth spaces are separated by approximately 2’ so there is no additional space for displays or walkway traffic outside of your booth measurements.Please read measurements and market layout carefully and be respectful of your neighbors. If you wish to have a walkway on an end of your booth, size up to a 10' and measure accordingly.
The Sculpture Court has an upper and a sunken middle area with stairs or ramp for access. Artist booths are located throughout.
Booths will be located throughout the entrance Sculpture Court and will be assigned by DMC staff. We are unable to fulfill booth location requests due to gallery space layout changing based on the current exhibition. The court can accommodate a set number of booths well and that layout is a deciding factor in how many artists are selected to participate.
At your request, DMC will provide one 6' x 2.5’ table, 1-2 chairs and white table linens. 5’ x 2’ foot tables are also available by request. A second table may be requested for 10' booths to create an L formation.
Tents and canopies are prohibited.
Displays may have a maximum height of 6' and be free standing.
Electrical outlets are upon request. Artists must supply their own power strip and extension cord.
2 artists may share a booth but each artist must apply and be accepted individually.
Standard Booth: 8’ w X 6’ d x 6’ h $75
Large Booth: 10’ w x 6’ d x 6’ h $125 (limited availability) Requesting a large booth does not guarantee availability.
